not as advertised:
The good news: It paired quickly and easily with my T-mobile Blackberry Curve. Speaker quality reasonable; nice and loud. The bad news: It wouldn't transfer my address book, not even a single entry. The interface for entering phone numbers by hand is cumbersome at best. Though advertised as "Bluetooth 2.0 compliant", when dealing with customer service by email, I was told repeatedly it was Bluetooth 1.2 compliant. Big difference. I don't think anyone in customer support is a competent speaker of English. I'm not asking for Shakespeare, but this is more like dealing with a very rudimentary chatbot: a limited number of stereotyped and repeated responses. After I politely complained about the poor level of support, no more of support requests were ever answered. Voice dialing worked poorly. Might be my phone. But alone the phone works better than with the iLuv. RECOMMENDATION: Don't Buy, if you expect anything more than what a bluetooth headset would provide. I will steer clear of all products made by this company in the future and its affiliated company JWIN.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS!!:
OMG, what a piece of garbage. It won't allow you to enter Phone Numbers/Names in it's phonebook no matter what you do or how many times you try. It won't even let you backspace in the entry mode so if you make a mistake you're SOL. It doesn't show you how to delete a phonebook entry even if you were able to get one in. It does NOT show caller ID, there is a center button on the front under the LED screen called "Memory" which isn't even mentioned anywhere in the direction booklet. What is it for? What does it do? Nothing, I guess. I spent many wasted hours trying to get this thing to do something, but all it does is recognize your voice and dial it. But even then, you don't know for sure if it got the name or not because it beeps back at you so many times. I've tried this iLuv, the Motorola T305 and the Blueant Supertooth II - of the three, the Blueant Supertooth II is the best. Although it doesn't have the LED Caller ID or LED Phonebook functions I was really looking forward to, turns out the iLuv doesn't either! Oh, and the magnetic holder does not hold, and you can only charge and recharge this in your car - no option to even purchase a regular a/c recharger plug. Sooooooooooooo Disappointed! Sent it back the next day and kept the Supertooth II.
