Extreme caution:
I purchased this product on the 24th of November and took the first and only dose this morning at 9am. I am still ill now 12 hours later--but very grateful to still be alive after using this product! I had an extreme reaction which could have killed me. Within 10 minutes of taking this supplement I felt a flush, but as nician can cause this reaction, I was not concerned. Within 20 minutes of ingestion, I was on the toliet (forgive my bluntness) fighting for my life! I was not only flushed, but beet red from the waist up. My face had swollen to more than 3 x's it's natural size, I was having diarreha, my nose was running uncontrollably, I was wretching uncontrollably, my eyes so swollen I could not see, my throat was closing causing me to choke on the mucus I was trying to throw up and my heart racing so fast I thought it would burst. I was unable to breath, cry out for help, or get to a phone to call emergency services. I finally passed out. When I awoke, I would guess a few moments later... I was able to get enough air, to make it out to my family for assistance. Within an hour of ingestion I was begining to return to normal. However, now 12 hours later... my upper lip which had been swollen to cartoonish proportions is still quite swollen, my nose is still running, and my chest still aches. My doctor says I am lucky to be alive any additional swelling would have cut off my airways completely. If your going to use this product.... not only as the directions say you should talk to your doc first... but take it in the presence of your doc so that help is available immediately should you have the reaction I did......Please, please be very careful with this product! I had to give it atleast one star.....as the system required a star rating and it did indeed work as quickly as the discription says it would! LOL within 10 minutes I did indeed feel the results of taking it!
