Aesthetics good, performance poor:
The vaccuum looks great, and it has decent suction. That's the positives. However, I find it difficult to hold, at the shape is more designed for looks than ergonomics. The design also vents the outgoing air from a band around the middle, which tends to blow dust and crumbs and such all over as you're trying to clean. The tiny nozzle helps to increase the suction but reduces the aea convered, meaning you spend a lot more time making tiny passes over the area compared to wider intakes on traditional "dust buster" units.

Sleek, handy machine. Good buy.:
I have had this vacuum for a few months and so far so good. It's practically ready to go straight out of the box - no assembly and it charges up very quickly. I am very impressed with the suction for such a small handheld appliance. The lint basket does need to be emptied often if you use it frequently so that it doesn't lose suction, but this is quick and easy enough to do. Its round nozzle end is small enough and angled perfectly to get into the tight spaces in the kitchen and bath. The cordless stick part is so simple to lift out and return to the base for charging, and it is attractive enough to leave out in plain view. With its reasonable price, this is an all-around great deal, and much nicer than the Dustbusters of the past.

No suction at all!:
I was excited to order this item, thinking it would be great for little messes. It took me a while to order, but I finally gave in and paid the $50. What a mistake! This has got to be one of the most over-priced and disappointing purchase I have made in a long time. It has absolutely no suction power, it will not even pick up feathers! I would highly recommend avoiding this item. Find a dyson product, they are amazing and really do what they are supposed to. This was my first dirt devil, and IT WILL BE MY LAST!

Better then some:
Nice design, good suction,nozzle a bit small for my liking. Has to be held in an awkward way to really clean, since suction end is rounded rather than flat. Not a bad product, but I have used better.
