I was a skeptic:
My mother got this for me since I frequently suffered from allergies and sinus congestion. I thanked her politely and threw it in the bathroom and forgot about it. It is very strong with the essential oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Lavender. So if you have an aversion to very strong fragrances, well, this one will knock you down.
