DAMAGED GOODS:
I was upset when I wrote and complained about the condition of this product when I received it, at the response that I received. I was told that I could return it, but that they would not replace it because they did not have it in stock. I believe they should have shown more proactivity and handled the replacement themselves. The rating is low only because of the condition it was received in, not the quality of the product.
