I ordered this as a last minute mother's day gift. I chose the cheapest shipping rate, knowing that it would probably not arrive on time. Yet somehow, it arrived BEFORE Mother's Day! My mom was thrilled and said that the roses were just about to bloom upon arrival. When they did she said the plant was beautiful.
The Rose Gone on Vacation to Florida:
When I ordered this little gift, from 1-800-Flowers, it was for a very special Aunt. Charlene Hill lives in Tennessee. She is 78 years old and I try to send her special things for Birthdays, Christmas, etc... I knew that she would love a mini-rose. It is cold and drab there in the Winter. But the rose decided that it would rather go to Florida and not the frozen North. Much to my surprise, it arrived on my doorstep--unannouced! Aunt Charlene never had the joy of the little pink rose. the rose was very happy here for about two-weeks then it decided the error of its ways. Feeling very remorseful, it turned brown and died.
