My six year old son suffers from sinus infections combined with concrete mucus. This is the only non-conventional product that really clears up the infection and allows him to blow his nose. It works. I give him half the recommended adult dose. It has saved him having antibiotics on at least three occasions. Glad I found out about it years ago. Thanks!

Product information says it is designed to promote healthy tissue and provide protection from unwanted sinus conditions. My husband was considering surgery for sleep apnea. I am not sure what specific sinus conditons may contribute to this. When he uses spray before bed, he does not snore nearly as loud and does not wake up snorting and choking. (God Bless you Nutribiotic!) He says it burns for about 3 minutes after spray but results are SO WORTH IT! It is so nice to sleep now! Spray seems to decreases inflamation and opens airways. It helps keep delicate sinus tissue moist and is also antibacterial and antifungal which would be good in case of infection. I consider this a staple and will not go back to life without it.
