Nice idea:
I bought this because it was the perfect size and was exactly what I wanted by my front door. I was not impressed with the quality. Three of the hooks fell off and we had to glue them back in. The wood is soft and I'm hoping it holds the screws in the back! It looks fine, just don't put anything heavy on it. I guess for $19, what do you expect, eh?

New? If so, someone didn't know where to drill the holes.:
On first look over the product seemed fine, but then I noticed that there were extra holes drilled into the FRONT of the rear panel of the shelf. It appears that someone or a machine mis-drilled the holes for the hooks about half an inch off the correct target area. The holes had been carelessly stuffed with WHITE hole filler. How cheap. Anyway, the only reason why I haven't returned this item is because I hate dealing with the hassle of returns and it will be hidden in my closet so it doesn't matter. I don't know if all their shelves are mis-drilled like the one I received, but I don't recommend purchasing from this seller if you don't want to risk having to return the item.

Wall hook:
Wall hooks arrived on time, good materials. Wish it had come with a template - took two tries to line up the back of the hanger and the hooks onthe wall. Shelf is narrow - should be a little wider for hats.

No Longer Standing:
I am happy with my purchase. I work in an office setting without a lot of space. To be able to hang coats on a rack thats not standing in the middle of the floor or standing in a corner is an awesome space saver. I recommend this product for those who don't like clutter. Very easy to assemble and it matches the rest of decor in the office.

Great Item:
I placed this wall hook at the garage door that leads into the kitchen. I measured twice and successfully lined up the holes onto the nail on first try. Mine is sturdy and holds five coats without a problem. Works as advertised.
