Why is Amazon so expensive again?:
As I have written before, amazon is no bargain. I want this book. I can buy this book new for a total of $18.50 which includes shipping and handling and I'll receive it in a week. You guys want $22.50 for the book plus $1.99 for who knows what plus something for shipping and handling. Then you won't be able to tell me for weeks whether or not you can even get the book. Ridiculous!!! Give me 1 reason why I should do business with you?
