ravelution: Rave is all that need be said. This is a funny manga with enough fighting for anyone. Good for all ages.
Haru's in it up to his eyes agin.: Hiro Mashima, Rave Master vol. 9 (Tokyopop, 2001) The Demon Card story arc winds up as Haru and Gale finally fight the final battle with King, and Haru learns the story of his father's disappearance and his mother's death. Mashima says in the afterword that he was planning on ending the entire series here, and you can tell from the abrupt endings of some part of the story, but thankfully he didn't, since Haru still has two pieces of rave to find, Elie still doesn't know who she is, Musica still hasn't found his boat, and no one has yet explained exactly what Plue is. Good stuff, this. ****
