very concise:
I love how this book is arranged. Photos and/or drawings of each plant. Short and to the point information that is easy to find on the page. Secrets to success and special problems. The information is useful, understandable and interesting for the skilled plantsman without being boring and technical to the beginner. A must have for both.

Wonderful easy plant guide:
These Plant Expert books are really wonderful and it's very easy to look up different kinds of plants and also learn about plan problems.

Large Selection:
Large selection of plants with their care. Nice photos of plants. Nothing on diseases of specific plants included.

House Plant Expert:
If I had known all the measurements in it were in metric only I would have never bought it. I am very disapointed--the book has no practical value for me whatsoever. Amazon needs to specifiy when a book is in metric only.

Excellent:
This is a great book if you have a lot of house plants and want to know how to better care for them. If you're looking for something in depth for specific plants, look elsewhere - only brief descriptions in this book.
