If you EVER plan to hike in Forest Park you need this book!: It's already slightly out of date but it's still an essential guide to Forest Park hiking. Through this book I found some of the most amazing sights within the city of Portland. I'd never have hiked some of those trails without the book to give me the confidence. After all, if the book shows the trail who am I to question its existence?
